My wife and I spent a week in Denver and made it a point to eat a lot of Mexican food while we were there. We drove past this taco truck daily, and would laugh at how they ran out of room painting the word birria on the top of the truck, so they just turned down the side and hand painted the last few letters to spell out their specialty in an "L" shape. The truck sat in the parking lot of a somewhat ghetto liquor store next to a 7-11 and a VFW. All the signs pointed to this place being amazing, and it was. We kept going back over and over again, abandoning other restaurants on our list, and we made sure to make it our last meal before we departed Denver to return home. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I hope the gentleman that runs this truck has enormous success and opens a restaurant in the near future.
